Welcome to our office

We are glad you are considering our office for your dental care. Here is what to know before your first visit.

What to bring

• A photo ID
• Your dental insurance card, if you have one
• A list of medications you take
• Any recent dental X-rays or records, if you have them

Your first visit

Please arrive about 15 minutes early to fill out your paperwork. Your visit usually includes a review of your health history, an exam, X-rays if needed and a conversation with your dentist about any concerns. If you need treatment, we will explain your options and costs before anything is scheduled.
